An invasive alien annual related to the garden busy lizzie with flowers that bees love for the nectar and a rather sickly scent that the whole plant gives off which I don’t like. There isn’t much of it along the Cleveland Coast just the odd plant in the damp soil next to where a stream reaches the sea just before you reach Marske from Redcar.
