Betony is always a pleasure to find, I wish there were more about in our area. Generally found in old grassland with lots of other interesting wildflowers. I’ve not seen much of it along the coastline to be honest, but it’s likely to be on the sloping cliffs nearer Saltburn somewhere or before Skinningrove.
